Hello, I already left a review on another website for the first appointment. Today was the second appointment for TV data synchronization. I'm still satisfied. Great people, punctual, friendly, and competent – ​​I can highly recommend them. Mr. B. and Mr. K. were there.

Today in Hamminkeln, a really nice gentleman came to my house because my toilet was clogged. He was able to solve the problem quickly and was incredibly friendly. I can highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing problems. The staff are also very communicative and friendly on the phone. Thank you so much! :)

Luckily, an appointment was arranged for the same day. The toilet was clogged, cleaned with a drain snake, and took about 20 minutes, including a check of the hallway. I found the cost of €269.65 quite steep for the time spent; whether it's justified is up to each individual to decide. I will definitely compare prices beforehand, especially since I was quoted a price €100 lower over the phone.

We had a significant leak (burst) in a 90° bend in our wastewater pipe, which was responsible for the toilet disposal for the entire building. The KRS team, consisting of Mr. Roeberg, Mr. Ahlers, and Mr. Borzig, prepared excellently for the task at hand. The site was expertly inspected with a video camera, and appropriate solutions, including all pros and cons, were discussed with me, the client, in advance. On November 7, 2024, Hannecke Company came to clear a drain pipe blockage. The technician briefly assessed the situation and began cleaning the drain pipe from the basement. The blockage was cleared, but the exact cause still needs to be determined at a later date using a camera. We were very satisfied with the technician's work and demeanor.
