We contracted multiple real estate projects in the past, including commercial properties, private houses but as well refurbishments. We finished last year our second project with Hannover Haus GmbH. The first project was finished in 2015 and went very well. Of course, every construction project comes with problems, changes and delays, but Hannover Haus did a great job to resolve the problems. The last project, included 3 double houses with 6 apartments, and was finished at the beginning of 2022 when the tenants moved in. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Appointments were cancelled at short notice, and subsequently, all contact was completely terminated with the explanation that they were "not accepting new clients." My follow-up inquiries went unanswered. Therefore, reliable communication and planning were impossible.

We moved into our house in July 2016. All deadlines were met. The handover with the TÜV (Technical Inspection Association) went very smoothly. Any minor defects found were resolved very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Even a recently discovered issue with the flooring was fixed promptly. I am still impressed by the completely professional process. Highly recommended!
