The employee, Mr. M., is a bit odd at times. But the work he did here is truly impressive. 😍 We had the bathroom in our newly purchased apartment renovated and the entire living area tiled with wood-look tiles. Thanks to the Hanse-Bäder team and their partner companies. 👍

Hanse-Bäder completely renovated our bathroom. They installed a barrier-free bathtub, a vanity, and a new toilet, including new water pipes, and laid new wall and floor tiles. Mr. Niefünd and his team were always friendly, reliable, and punctual. I found the written cost estimate particularly noteworthy. The quote described everything very precisely, with pictures of the bathroom fixtures and how the room would look after the renovation. All the agreed-upon work was carried out cleanly and professionally. We would hire Hanse-Bäder again without hesitation.

Our bathroom renovation with Hansebäder didn't go entirely smoothly at the beginning: broken and crookedly laid tiles, chipped sections, a shower enclosure that had to be replaced twice – there was definitely room for improvement. Mr. Niefünd installed a radiator for us. He provided a reasonable quote (competitors sometimes charged twice as much), scheduled an appointment quickly and easily, and carried out the installation professionally. We are satisfied and thank him.

Our bathroom was completely renovated by Hanse-Bäder about six months ago. Unfortunately, the work is very shoddy, and there's a minimal gap between the toilet and the radiator – it's almost impossible to get past it. Furthermore, the shower head, which was mounted on the ceiling, is completely asymmetrical and poorly installed. And in the hallway leading to the bathroom, our old parquet flooring was ruined! They haven't responded to any attempts to rectify these poor workmanship issues. Definitely not recommended!
