I'm just wondering where my bad review is; they must all be deleted. I can only advise against using this company. I've been waiting 12 months for a side panel. I've now hired another company, and lo and behold, after 4 weeks we had a new side panel. The invoice was sent to the company "Front Doors and Windows," but unfortunately, there's been no response to emails or phone calls. I've now handed everything over to my lawyer.

When I made a complaint, I couldn't reach anyone by phone, my emails went unanswered, and a registered letter was refused. In my opinion, this demonstrates completely inadequate customer service. I strongly advise against using this company if you value accessibility and reliable communication. It doesn't deserve a single star.

We are very satisfied with the aluminum front door, the uPVC cellar door (side entrance door), and the cellar window. The order was placed in October 2022, installation in April 2023, and a small follow-up order (exterior moldings) in May 2023. We did the plastering work ourselves. You should be patient and bear with us (communication via email is good), as the order volume is very high and delivery times can sometimes be extended. The staff is very friendly, and it's worth the wait. You get high-quality products at a very fair price (with us, installation and disposal are included).

I had a strange feeling when I entered the warehouse. First of all, the entrance door was locked. After about five minutes, the boss opened it and let us in. We looked around but received no assistance whatsoever, as he didn't have time. A dog was running around the whole time. Luckily, we didn't buy anything there.

We are very, very satisfied with the new front door. Very good quality and good prices. From the consultation to the measurements and installation, everything went perfectly. This company does professional work and offers good customer service. The installers were also very nice and did a professional job. The 5 stars are more than deserved. Thank you again.
