This is my first time writing a negative review online, and I have to say, Mr. Dieter Thiel was extremely unprofessional. First, he did not provide a list of the changes of what he’ll make to the car for his quote of €2995. When I asked him for a full list via email, he wrote back “There will be no list of parts - I will show you what we have done on your vehicle when you pick it up.” I called him to explain that I’d only feel comfortable paying if I know how my car will be fixed, and then he immediately yelled at me, saying “You’re a very difficult person! I recently relocated to Germany for work and decided to ship my American vehicle. I contacted USCars24.de on the initial recommendation of the colleague and I am so glad that I did! Mr. Thiel worked with me every step of the way to get the necessary paperwork prepared and was very patient with my lack of German language skills. Additionally, he went above and beyond their normal duties to assist me with information regarding insurance matters and registering the vehicle with the city. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for this extra assistance since many of the processes are different

Was the most expensive offer that I got by far but we decided to go with this company because of how thorough Here Thiel seemed to be and because of good reviews. I don't regret my decision. From the beginning until the end, the transaction seemed to be very professional. He had a lot of useful additional information for us and was very kind, flexible and friendly.

We appreciated the service which was provided. Mr. Thiel’s, was very professional, even though he had struggles with the Hessen Tuv where as the Jeep was American specs and was converted to German specs. Mr. Thiel’s modifications didn’t take away the design of the Jeep. In fact I was quite impressed with the overall looks of the final product. Mr. Thiel’s ensured that we were constantly informed of the status of the vehicle and the paperwork which Hessen Tuv requested or required. Our vehicle had a faculty defect which parts for the vehicle wasn’t available for delivery from the USA to Germany
