I know Hein as a long-established company. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. My 86-year-old mother was given a blatant lie today, simply because they didn't want to bother with her... a complete disaster!

Very competent and reliable. One spring on my garage door broke. The motor also stopped working; it had been acting up for a while. The problem was identified, and Mr. Hein was excellent. Then his employee came and immediately saw that mistakes had been made during installation 15 years ago. He fixed all the issues, and did the same for my second garage to prevent the same problems there. It was truly top-notch work. So there are still good and reliable companies and employees out there!
