We built our single-family home with Heinz von Heiden in 2022/2023, using Mr. Scholz's planning services. Even before signing the contract, Mr. Scholz invested a great deal of effort and time in designing the perfect dream home for us and perfectly implemented all of our (special) requests. His planning matched the final result exactly, as you can see from the pictures. The planning for our age-appropriate bungalow began in May 2023 at the Dresden city office with Mr. Scholz. Construction started in April 2024, and we moved in in December! The consultation and planning by Mr. Scholz was extremely professional, and our wishes were very well accommodated. The construction phase ran without a hitch, and we could always rely on our site manager, Mr. Schön. If the saw ever jammed, it was discussed and resolved.
