Very disappointed- without informing reduced glass service of the window by 17 cm, instead bigger frame. Now room has less light and lost its charm. If technically such solution was needed - customer should have been informed before the decision was done, not to find out once it came for installation. Totally 😡

My wife and I were looking for new front doors. After receiving informational material from a Heuer employee at the trade fair, we scheduled an appointment. We were very warmly welcomed and advised by Mr. Frase. He suggested an on-site appointment would be most effective, so Mr. Frase continued his expert consultation at our home. He showed us a program illustrating how the doors would look. In conclusion: we are very satisfied with Heuer and the consultation. We would gladly use their services again.
