The availability could be improved. At least they return calls relatively quickly. Beyond that, however, the service is exemplary: friendly manner, competent advice, flexible, reliable, and professional installation, and a fair price. I'd actually deduct half a star because of the less-than-ideal availability. Nevertheless, I'd give it 5 stars, as experience has shown that quality issues are becoming increasingly common with other tradespeople these days. Hirsch's performance is particularly good in comparison and therefore deserves special mention and appreciation. Conclusion: Highly recomme
