The Petzold company responded very quickly and was on-site. It was just a radiator that needed to be installed and had been dripping. After two days, the radiator started dripping again. After I contacted the company, they weren't aware of anything. They said they hadn't installed it and were voiding their warranty. They also didn't want to come back because they were busy and "only two installers" were there. They also issued the invoice incorrectly (despite the correct information in their email). My property management company hired HKS Petzold to replace two radiators in my apartment. The employee arrived on time, but alone, and the radiators had to be carried up to the third floor. The property management company assured him the building manager would be there to help... but no such luck, he wasn't. I couldn't help because I had surgery. Our experience was very positive. Thank you very much. The colleague on site (Mr. Prien) was punctual, friendly, and took the time to answer our questions. The work was carried out very well. I can't comment on the price of the services, as our landlord hired the company. However, if we ever need a plumbing company for our own home, we would definitely contact Petzold again. Thank you.

From the initial contact to the execution of the work and the final invoice, everything was practically perfect. 🙏🏽 The lady on the phone was a bit assertive, but friendly and competent, and overall she gave us excellent advice.
