I was considering hiring Holling to replace my oil heating system with a heat pump. The first appointment with the owner fell through because he simply didn't show up. The second appointment took place on-site, and I had a good feeling about it. The consultation was friendly, and I felt everything was going well. It took three or four weeks to prepare the quote—perfectly acceptable. However, I wanted to discuss the quote further—not even negotiate. I just wanted to understand a few details and know the total labor involved in the installation. I wanted to compare the quote with other offer

Everything was always fine before. But this time, one person was too many. I've never experienced anything like that before—talking on the phone and just hanging up. The man is completely irritable and has absolutely no desire to work or accept any orders. Instead of saying from the start that you don't have time, there's no need to be disrespectful.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Rainer Holling. The information I received over the phone was friendly and competent. I was offered a prompt appointment to replace my broken pipe and install a new faucet. The plumber was perfectly punctual and also very friendly. Great service! :)

Unfortunately, I can only give this company a bad review. After I complained about a repair, Mr. H. verbally abused me. He then called me a liar and simply hung up. Such customer service is truly abysmal! The technician who came out was nice and did his job well. Unfortunately, the same problem reappeared after a week. No one should have to put up with this kind of treatment. If Mr. H. can't resolve conflicts (there wasn't even one), perhaps he should take on a different role within the company than management!
