The product is great and installed with care from the technicians. But … Overall from project start to completion there were a lot of delays despite choosing the company because of the promise of a quick install date. Promised install and system functioning by August 2024, as of October 28th 2924 the system is still not online) Customer service was not helpful / did not return calls, their only fast response time was when they were asking that invoices were to be paid. All montage is done very efficiently and fast. I am happy with the result. But since then I have a problem with stromzahler. Since homenergy didn't record the zählerstand and didn't send it to bayernwerk since March I still have the Zahler and I don't know its Zählerstand. I still pay for electrcity for this Zahler and I will pay also the rent for it. Even from technic wise everything is awesome, but apparently finishing the work has lots of issues.

Great staff, great knowledge!

We are absolutely thrilled with our collaboration with Homenergy! From the initial consultation to the final commissioning of our heat pump and photovoltaic system, everything was handled with complete professionalism, transparency, and reliability. The entire project was exceptionally well-organized, deadlines were met, and all work was carried out cleanly and expertly. We would particularly like to commend the performance of our project manager, Mr. De Simoi. He was always available, answered all our questions competently and patiently, and guided us confidently through the entire process.

Completely overrated! They sell everything, but only deliver about half of it. They're very slow to respond to inquiries. "Didn't you buy that separately?" is the most common answer, so you have to apply and register everything yourself.... Unfortunately, I've also recommended them to several friends and neighbors who had the exact same experience. When you complain, you get no response (they're completely silent) or the typical brush-off on the phone – no one even wanted to look at the damage.....
