I can highly recommend Astra Tore. Just one week after placing the order, the old garage door was removed and disposed of, and the new one was installed. The employees were very friendly, and everything was left clean and tidy. We are very satisfied.

Last Thursday evening, my Novoferm garage door wouldn't close. On Friday morning, I called two companies to look at the garage door or the motor. The first company panicked and said, "It's Friday, the earliest appointment would be next Wednesday." So I called the next company, but they didn't answer the phone, just to be safe. Then I called this company. They immediately took down my address and told me someone would come in about two hours. On site, they found a faulty motor. The motor was installed on Saturday afternoon. A week later, the company called again to check if everything was okay.

The installation was awful. I waited weeks for the work to resume. The work was then done so poorly that I decided to finish it myself. During the installation of the new front door, they damaged practically everything imaginable. They didn't even have the correct dimensions. The workers, most of whom couldn't speak a word of German, were dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening. They provided nothing to eat or drink. We had to communicate with gestures. I felt really sorry for the guys. I can only shake my head in disbelief. These are conditions nobody needs. This company ce
