I bought a Niu scooter and completely regret it. The scooter was completely dirty and had a few problems. On top of that, I transferred the money and didn't get the 1% discount they advertise. There's nothing else included with the scooter either—no helmet, no helmet box, etc. If I had ordered directly from Niu, I would have received a discount and a free helmet. The employees also don't really know anything about their products; it's better to do your own research for in-depth questions or contact Niu directly. The previous owner was much better; at least he knew what he was talking about.
