We had a facade that hadn't been painted since 1997 and also some moisture damage with flaking plaster inside, particularly around the basement stairs. The wooden railings and cladding outside also needed refinishing. "Your Home Improvement Team" handled all of this to an excellent standard, quickly and cleanly, despite the adverse weather conditions. The damage to the facade was professionally repaired. The basement stairs were stripped, replastered, and then painted. The wooden railings and cladding on the exterior were sanded, primed, and re-stained. We are very satisfied!
