Based on a recommendation, I came to IMG and I don't regret a thing. From the initial contact to scheduling the appointment and the execution of the work, I'm thrilled and just want to give the entire team a huge compliment. Good work pays off, and I'll definitely be placing more orders with them. As the company motto says: "Craftsmanship rocks!" In my case (if such a thing were possible), it's more than 150%!

The collaboration was very straightforward. The consultation was tailored to our needs. Deadlines were met, queries were answered, and the PV system was installed in one day. The employees were very friendly and worked cleanly. The roofer involved also did a great job. Everything went smoothly.

We had a sudden power outage on Friday at noon. No refrigerator, no freezer, no stove, no power in the bathroom. And now try getting an electrician on a Friday at noon! After several attempts, IMG finally got us! A very friendly phone call; the woman took care of it immediately, and just one hour later, outside of business hours, an electrician was there. Thankfully, it was only a minor issue, and we had power again after 10 minutes. They didn't charge us a thing! They didn't even accept a tip. I can't believe such service still exists. Mr. Matziarakis made a competent impression. We commissioned IMG. The roofing company Siegmund Bedachung in Lühnen did the work very well. The installation of the system also went very well. Promised remaining work (connecting a heating element) was not carried out. Mr. Matziarakis is no longer available. There was no response to calls, promised callbacks were not made, and repeated email inquiries were not responded to. Unfortunately, I discovered that the system had not been registered with the Federal Network Agency (as agreed upon in the scope of services). I now had to do this myself. I h
