We have never been treated like this before. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, otherwise I can't rate it. My mother's water meter installation set needed to be repaired. So I called John. I was told it was done quickly. And so the managing director carried out this in one appointment by replacing the two upper parts with the handwheel. In fact, it was done in about 30 minutes. On site I was forced to pay €242.55 immediately. I didn't have a bill to check and had to pay immediately. Highly recommended. My heating system broke down last Saturday. It was immediately brought back to life Monday morning. The heating system was also serviced very conscientiously and professionally in November. Two minor defects were discovered, which are now being repaired. They communicate with the customer very honestly and openly, and everything is explained. The prices are standard in the industry and completely reasonable.

I called in the morning because my heating system had completely failed. Although I wasn't a customer of John's before, they were at my house early that afternoon after I sent them photos of the heating system. The heating was working again in no time. I highly recommend them, thank you very much, and I would gladly use their services again.
