Due to a fan problem with my Lenovo notebook, I contacted Intakt Computer. Even the initial (very friendly) telephone contact was excellent. I received very comprehensive advice over the phone, which was further elaborated upon in a subsequent in-person meeting. Thank you for that. My notebook was thoroughly tested and is now working perfectly again. The price/performance ratio is outstanding. And thank you again for your helpfulness. All in all, a clear recommendation. I bought a used laptop. The employee set up the new laptop for me and transferred all my data and programs from my old device. I don't know much about computers, but I felt I received very competent advice, much better than when I last bought a laptop a few years ago at a typical electronics store. I'm very happy with my new device, and I found it easy to use since the employee had configured almost everything the same way as my old laptop. So, highly recommended, and I also found the price-performance ratio to be very good.

I bought a used laptop from this company about 1.5 years ago. At the beginning of August this year (2023), it suddenly stopped working. The store quickly determined that the power adapter was faulty. As a goodwill gesture, they gave me a new power adapter free of charge. I found this very customer-friendly, especially since the laptop's warranty had already expired. Very pleasant and personable service; I highly recommend them.
