Markus and his team made and installed shelves for us, and we are absolutely thrilled! From the very beginning, the communication was incredibly pleasant, transparent, and honest. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with Mr. Marcus Jagsch. We commissioned Jagsch to do several things, such as fitted cabinets, panels, and baseboards. We have lived here since January 1, 2023, and the work is still not finished. The remaining work and complaints have dragged on. Complaints are not being responded to, or they are currently trying to deflect attention. A dispute will likely ensue, which we hope will not happen. Unfortunately, we have also recommended the company to our friends and friends and regret it. So please be careful.

For our new apartment, we needed a carpenter to build several fitted wardrobes and a new kitchen. We came across Jagsch Carpentry through a recommendation. The collaboration was very pleasant and professional. Designs and samples were created for the furniture beforehand.
