From the consultation to the installation, everything was top-notch! Mr. Saleh and his team did a very thorough job and installed the air conditioning unit perfectly. It works great – both for cooling and heating. Friendly service, fair prices, and we'd be happy to use them again!

The technician first had to read the instruction manual and make several phone calls to the manufacturer. He then reset our heat pump, for which we were charged three hours. They also charged for travel to and from our location (!) plus a flat fee. When I inquired about this, I was told it was because they didn't know where the technician was coming from or where he was going. Apparently, the customer has no control over this. I cannot recommend them. Update: The service call took place in the summer. The heat pump was working, but we couldn't use the cooling function. So it wasn't an emergen

About eight weeks ago, I spoke with the company about the possibility of installing an air conditioning unit in my apartment. I received a quote immediately. After approval from the building management, the installation was carried out approximately four weeks later. The unit was installed with absolute professionalism and cleanliness. Everything works perfectly. Communication with the company owners and the installer was excellent and constructive. The initially quoted price was honored. I can wholeheartedly recommend Saleh.
