The worker was friendly and did a good and quick job. Nevertheless, I'm not giving a positive review because I have the following question: how can it be explained that the Kolb company issued an invoice (image attached, of course without personal data) that doesn't include travel expenses? The landlord said he and the Kolb company had agreed to have these travel expenses listed on a separate invoice because the front door was also being repaired on the same day. I had the most wonderful experience working with Kolb Carpentry! For my new practice in Niederkassel, a complete renovation and partial refurbishment of the aging premises was necessary. Regarding Mr. P.M.'s review, we, as landlords and clients of the KOLB company, would like to state the following: Kolb Carpentry has always issued correct and accurate invoices for both the tenant and the landlord, and this was also the case here. It is a fact that several repairs were carried out in the building that day. Among other things, the tenant's toilet door was repaired that same day (a toilet door is an everyday item, and in this case, the hinge was defective, not the door itself, so it falls under the minor repairs clause). The showroom and the friendly service are beyond reproach. However, when you commission the replacement of just a single window, this company's interest quickly evaporates. They simply stop responding to emails or phone calls to schedule an appointment for measurements. They only seem interested in large orders; smaller jobs have no interest whatsoever. They are ruthless businessmen without heart or interest in complex individual projects with such low profit margins.
