We had our heat pump installed in an older building by the company Schöbel. We were very uncertain at the beginning, as we don't have underfloor heating or an insulated older building. After receiving excellent advice and having our concerns addressed thoroughly, we placed the order. We also received excellent support with the application for the subsidy and later, after completion of the work, with the final submission to the KfW portal.
