I called them today and I guess I was just very unlucky that the secretary had a bad day, because she was rude and not that friendly 😥 what for me is not acceptable is that she even asked me "if I knew I that I was calling to a layer in Germany" in an ironically ton. I made a review in anwalt.de, and later Frau Lutz called me complaining about the review and they removed it 😭 hope to have more luck here. Btw, she told me she is not moving forward with my case.
