Top-notch service! After a minor accident, my leasing company/insurer commissioned FitCAR to repair a small scratch on the front bumper, which was painted in a special matte color. Unfortunately, I had a truly disappointing experience with this garage. I went there because I suspected damage from a marten, as my temperature sensor and parking sensors weren't working properly. The insurance company sent me to this garage, and I made an appointment. However, when I arrived, they only took a quick photo instead of properly putting the car on the lift and inspecting the damage thoroughly. To get the insurance company to approve the estimate, another appointment was scheduled. In the end, it turned out: no marten damage, but rather pre-existing damage from the previous owner

It took a week to get a cost estimate. Scheduling the repair took another two weeks. Finally, delivery was delayed by three days because they apparently forgot to order a replacement rim. Really poor service…

Very poor communication. No information about the repair process, and the promised completion date continues to be delayed. Even the parts (new windshield) haven't been ordered. They tuck away the claim "we're still waiting for insurance approval," when in reality, approval for glass damage isn't even necessary with Allianz Direct and has already been granted, as confirmed by the insurance company itself. So, nothing but lies and false promises at this repair shop: I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. In the end, I had to pick up the car and took it to another repair shop!!
