I'm not a negative person in general but this is really an overrated place. If you love your car please avoid it. While polishing my Mustang, they added some nasty scratches. When I picked up the car, it was hard to notice, as it was parked in the shadow and the scratched front part was really close to a wall. Coincidence? Noticed it when I came home and tried to call them several times but nobody picked up. I wrote an email right away asking to fix it and attached the photo of the new scratch. It was also ignored. Not exactly what you would expect for the price I paid and definitely not 4.9 s

These guys really are great. They are the most customer-friendly service I have ever experienced in Frankfurt. They go out of their way to serve their customers, even going the extra mile with helping with other car issues not related to body-work painting. I can only strongly recommend them. The only issue is because they are very good, they are very much in demand so you may need to wait a week for an appointment, but it saves time to send them pictures of the damage in advance by e-mail and then they will send a cost estimate first

I went to Ludwig Lotz because they had excellent reviews, I can tell that this is well deserved. The service they provide is a-ma-zing especially for German standards. I really appreciated the following : 1- they were very pragmatic and did not try to oversale (ATU absolutely wanted to replace one part, which was not essential, which would have led to me paying double the price of Ludwig Lotz) 2- their prices are excellent 3- the service itself was brilliant and they even outperform : i came to get the aisle of my car put into shape and repainted. I came back with a full fletched painted car,

Best garage in Frankfurt. They only charge you the actual cost and do their best to fix your car. Superb service and quality of work.
