Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my car in to have the gearbox replaced, paid a large sum of money, and they ended up installing the wrong gearbox. The work was completely botched my car was left in a worse state than when I brought it in. I then had to spend a significant amount again with a different, competent mechanic to finally have the correct gearbox installed and undo the mess they caused. The communication was equally terrible. I waited over six weeks for the job to be completed, and from the third week onward, I had to call daily just to get any information. They rarely answ

I was on my way to a skiing holiday on Saturday when, around 3 pm, my BMW displayed an oil level warning light near Nuremberg. I noticed a significant oil leak and therefore needed to find a garage. I initially contacted the BMW branch in Nuremberg and was assured they would definitely be able to help me. However, only the sales department was open at the branch, and no mechanics were present. So, at 4 pm, I contacted the KF workshop, and it was absolutely no problem to get in (even though it was 4 pm on a Saturday!). I received very competent and friendly service. We were on our way to vacation and had a breakdown. The tow truck driver recommended this garage, and we were absolutely not disappointed. The guys really know their stuff, you have to give them that. Every problem was quickly identified and professionally fixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a waiting room with coffee, tea, snacks, and TV—customer service is clearly a top priority here.
