We had a problem with them parking in a UNLOADING ZONE for old people. BUT with there honest and speedy and educated reply I was impressed !!! I like a honest and fast replying company... We might not agree to there parking situations but I do care about this honest answer and there speedy reply... If there company is as good as there reply. I hire them... Because of the proximity, I had a split system installed. Everything went smoothly. The employees couldn't have been better. They arrived on time as agreed, and they got the system up and running very cleanly, quietly, reliably, and quickly. It couldn't be better. Encouraged by the (almost too many) positive reviews, I ventured to inquire about air conditioning installation, but was thoroughly disappointed. After about 10 days of waiting, when someone finally responded to my inquiry, it was just a brief (and somewhat awkward) chat. Someone asked me about the situation, which I answered in a layman's way (since I've never installed air conditioners before).
