Klempner Notdienst München Krepel

I have only great things to say about Klempner Notdienst, specifically Karim and his service. We called with an emergency situation and were greeted with kind and immediate help. They are transparent and fair in their pricing, super efficient, always available, and they guarantee their work. This is an excellent service, and they even helped me in English when I didn’t have the words in German 😅 To me, this is the ideal plumbing service in Munich. Fast, reliable, friendly, and truly willing to stand behind their work. That is rare in this day and age, which is why I can only recommend them.

That's how it should be – I called on a Saturday afternoon, and within just two hours, a very friendly and helpful technician arrived. He promptly and reliably solved the problem (broken float) in 15 minutes using an original spare part he had with him. The price was reasonable and fair. I definitely recommend it – thank you!

At 10:50 p.m., I discovered that my entire living room was flooded because water was leaking from the radiator valve. I called the first emergency service I found with good reviews, and it was well worth it! They were incredibly friendly, calm, and patient. They asked me what the problem was and what type of heating system I had, and then guided me over the phone on how to shut off the water supply. We didn't end the call until the water had completely stopped flowing. Excellent service and quick help—I would definitely call them again! Thanks again!

Pipe damage on December 23rd. I called in the afternoon, and the plumbers were there that evening. They repaired the damage professionally and took their time to thoroughly clear the 50-year-old pipes. The resulting mess was cleaned up perfectly. They even came back on the 24th to install a perfectly fitting pipe. Definitely 5 stars and a clear recommendation.

I called during the absolute snow chaos in Munich and received excellent advice, first via video and then in person. A fantastic guy, incredibly friendly, and most importantly, he didn't try to sell me any nonsense like so many others do. Simply brilliant! Thanks again!
