Kopf Carpentry completed the entire interior fit-out of our new apartment in the spring of 2025 to our complete satisfaction. Their absolute adherence to deadlines, the meticulous care and quality of workmanship, the helpful suggestions from Mr. Westphal, and the company's flexibility in handling unforeseen circumstances were particularly noteworthy. Even these additional tasks were completed promptly. We were thrilled with the carpentry work, including the courteous and friendly demeanor of all the employees, and can only conclude: it couldn't have been done better!

We ordered an additional cabinet door for our kitchen, which was custom-made by the Kopf carpentry workshop, and we are beyond disappointed. We even removed an old door and gave it to them as a sample so the new one could be matched. What we received was a completely different-looking door, extremely light in color, it even looks like a different type of wood, and all for €500. When we inquired, they refused to do anything about it, no adjustments, nothing. They did offer us a €50 discount. This is truly outrageous—not the price, but delivering the product in this condition.

Excellent, solid craftsmanship from the carpenters. The details were also very well coordinated with me and implemented. I am very satisfied with my doors and would hire Mr. Westphal again if needed.

I searched for a long time before finding a carpenter to sand down my 40-year-old veneered stairs. Kopf & Co. did an excellent job. The employees were very friendly and worked reliably, quickly, and very cleanly, resulting in a fantastic finish. The stairs look like new.
