The replacement of the existing gas heating system, including the storage tank, went very well. The deadlines were communicated clearly and adhered to. Communication was excellent, with a quick response time. The cost estimate was also accurate. I can recommend the company.

Thomas Krieg is a friendly, competent, and efficient tradesman, very reliable. However, I'm not satisfied with his billing. As the end customer, I expect a fair invoice with fair prices—not the cheapest, but with a fair margin. So, when the invoice arrived, I was shocked. His hourly rate is low, but the spare parts appear to cost more than twice as much. That's disappointing; I expected fair pricing. It looks like I'll have to do everything myself again in the future. At least now I know how it's done and which parts I need to buy. It was a learning experience, though.
