What can I say? Simply top-notch from start to finish. This is the second time I've had Giuseppe repair something. The first time, he perfectly tuned my old V50 (1978 model). It was in for repair because of a piston seizure. The perfect tuning proved its worth with just over 1000 km in 6 days and over 18,000 meters of elevation gain on a mere 50cc engine. This time, we brought my son's engine, a Gilera Runner 50 (2000 model), to him for an overhaul, as it unfortunately had a coolant leak between the engine halves. Giuseppe, the best man for your Vespa. After many years and workshops in Hamburg, Berlin, and Nuremberg, he's the first person who a) knows his stuff and explains things to you while he's working on it, b) doesn't rip you off even if you don't know anything about it, and c) simply wants to do his job well. I can highly recommend this workshop. The mechanic is very friendly and competent; you immediately feel at ease. I spontaneously showed up at the workshop two days ago and had an appointment just two days later. Five minutes after that, my problem was already solved. He also discovered a few other issues and offered to fix them next spring. I'm so relieved to have found a competent mechanic for my Ape again.
