Absolutely recommendable! Ms. Gossen is super easy to reach, and communication is straightforward. It was my first time with an insurance claim and I received excellent service, so I had no problems with the claim. The work was done flawlessly, and the price was absolutely fair. I was only there briefly to make an appointment to have my headlights adjusted. Despite the high volume of work, I was able to drive in. Unfortunately, the headlights were faulty, so I had to leave without the work being done. The employee's efforts only cost me a thank you. It was very pleasant to encounter someone who genuinely wanted to make the customer happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I had my rims painted here last year, and after two or three weeks the paint started peeling off everywhere. The owner offered no compensation, claiming it was just stone chips. The rims weren't properly sanded or primed. But the customer is left with the problem – great service.
