I received an immediate reply via email from them, telling me to come in. I showed up without an appointment, and two minutes later the scratch was gone. Absolutely fantastic service. I'm truly impressed; excellent work with a fantastic price-performance ratio. The repair/painting of the alloy wheel is virtually invisible and, despite the small measuring area, the color match was very precise. Even the minor bicycle dent (caused by my child) was repaired to my complete satisfaction. The appointment was scheduled promptly.
