We ordered new windows with fly screens in September 2025. Everything went smoothly. Good quality, excellent service, very clean workmanship. The managing director provided friendly and competent advice during the ordering process.

This is how all tradespeople should be! The contact, not only with Mr. Lauser but with all employees, is always friendly and competent, and the quotes are fair and transparent. Agreed-upon appointments are reliably kept, and the work is carried out professionally. The installers lay down drop cloths on the walkways before entering the house and are always friendly. Even small repairs and spare parts are handled/provided without any fuss. I always welcome Lauser & Gmelin; keep up the good work!

Please give the workers a day off on Fridays. They look annoyed! They said things that shouldn't be said. But I'll look into it.

December 2024. I was a former regular customer. Unfortunately, there's no zero-star option for this abysmal service: A quote that doesn't even specify which windows are being referred to. After repeated inquiries, I was told it was my fault... and then the company simply didn't honor the agreed-upon follow-up appointments. After numerous calls and emails, I'm giving up. As I said, I was a regular customer and I'd rather go elsewhere now.
