Update 2024: Lenz is now our maintenance provider, and we are still extremely satisfied. They are punctual, thorough, and the staff are very friendly. What more could you ask for? This was truly a lifesaver. Finding a technician who could and would help on a Friday at 1:30 p.m. (after having been stood up and receiving what felt like 50 rejections, including from our own maintenance provider), and who still arrived at the agreed time despite a full order book – that's truly remarkable. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the Lenz company. The apartment I recently took over was previously serviced by Lenz. The heating system is quite old, so it was only natural that a small problem would eventually arise.
