I have to say that Löwe did a truly excellent job. Of course, minor things happen in every company. But in the end, I have to take my hat off to them, as they solved complicated issues so well. All my requests were met to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend them.

The salesperson at the Heerstraße branch was very friendly and competent. Delivery was on the agreed date, and the materials for the fence and garden gate are of very high quality. The installers were also punctual, hardworking, and very professional. Unfortunately, we have to deduct points because the company was sometimes unreachable by phone to schedule appointments. The administration regarding the scheduling of installation appointments was also unsatisfactory. As a result, we were without a fence (towards our neighbor) and garden gate for almost four weeks. They don't respond to complaints, promise warranty extensions and then don't honor them. They want to carry out maintenance, send an appointment, but never see anyone. Sorry.

My gate still works perfectly after years of use. Excellent quality, I would order from this company again anytime.
