After a constructive conversation with an employee, which I received a day after submitting my review (perhaps one should always give just one star initially, then they'll get back to me :-/), I'm changing my entry. Customer contact is very difficult. When dealing with lawyers and courts, customer contact and information are, in my opinion, crucial. No client wants to wait days or more for a phone call to exchange mail or other information and receive advice. The consultation itself was satisfactory; there's little to criticize there. Whether I would use this law firm again... I don't know.

Zero goodwill!!! STILL PAYING AS THE INJURED PARTY!!! After an accident that wasn't my fault, the other party's insurance company refused to cover the costs, citing alleged pre-existing damage to my vehicle that I was unaware of. This resulted in costs that were passed on to me alone. I was willing to pay and wanted to arrange an installment plan, with the costs supposedly reduced as a gesture of goodwill. The lawyer agreed to this. Then I received another invoice for the original amount. When I tried to contact the lawyer, he was unreachable, and I was told to wait until next week. Without a
