Installation in October 2025, registration of the system only in February 2026. To this day, there is no final documentation. The wallbox has not worked since the beginning and displays an error message. Reported multiple times – no response, no rectification of the defects. After paying the bill, the customer is apparently left to fend for themselves. Now, unfortunately, my lawyer has to take over.
