Lumina

Thanks to René Appel, we found our absolute dream bathroom at Lumina. The large showroom with its fantastic products was a great source of inspiration – in addition to very honest and competent advice with truly helpful suggestions, openness to objections, reliable availability, and quick implementation in a 3D plan. They were always available during the further implementation phase and very dedicated and helpful with minor issues (which were not Lumina's or Mr. Appel's fault). Therefore, a huge thank you and a 1000% recommendation!

We were looking for a toilet seat that matched the color of our old Villeroy & Boch toilet. After a friendly phone call with a colleague, we sent photos of the toilet to Lumina Bad Hannover. Mr. Appel then kindly contacted Villeroy & Boch to inquire about our situation and forwarded their response to us. Although this didn't result in any business for Lumina Bad, it clearly demonstrates their excellent customer focus. Many thanks for that! I would definitely have a potential new bathroom designed by them in the future. :)

A pretty good bathroom showroom with competent advice. I had planned a complete bathroom renovation. After selecting items for the detailed planning, they promised to put me in touch with tradespeople who would contact me. But they never did; apparently, the tradespeople were no longer interested in the business. I then contacted Behrens Bathroom Renovation for the renovation, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Lumina was just unlucky.

Wide selection and excellent advice. They were a little unsure about some specific cases, but were able to connect me with external specialists.
