I'm absolutely thrilled with the service! 😊 He replaced my CPU fans – everything was installed neatly and he explained everything clearly. You can tell right away that he knows his stuff and what he's doing. Afterwards, I had a minor issue with the software settings, and even though it was late in the evening, he actually came back. We then adjusted the fan curve together until everything was running perfectly. I thought that was fantastic – you don't often experience that kind of dedication! I am very satisfied with LytraG-System's service. My old laptop needed to be upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but this wasn't possible due to the hardware (TPM 2.0 not supported). The situation was explained to me clearly and understandably. A suitable, used laptop was then quickly sourced and professionally set up. The Windows 11 installation and data transfer went smoothly. Highly competent, reliable, and solution-oriented. Highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so impressed that I simply had to. My massive hardware problem was solved quickly and competently, offering various alternative solutions, all explained and described in detail. They were proactive in their communication – I was kept constantly informed – and no questions were left unanswered. Plus, they gave me a ton of helpful tips at the end. Absolutely recommendable! On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and a really great person. My PC is now completely set up and running like a dream. 5 stars Deluxe!

I needed a new processor for my PC because of Windows 11. We discussed and calculated various options. The installation of the new components was completed quickly after I dropped off the computer. The transfer of all apps and tools that had previously run under Windows 10 via cloning worked perfectly, so I was able to get back to work immediately after delivery and connection of the upgraded computer without any problems. I hadn't expected that, and therefore I'm very satisfied. 100% recommendation for this competent and friendly service!
