Good afternoon everyone, the team is great at helping you park on the ramp, but the driver was not very good at getting to the ramp, but overall it's fine.

The shock couldn't have been greater: we arrived at the trade fair to find that the service company we had contracted was insolvent and therefore wouldn't be delivering. Now we needed some good advice! One call to Mr. Lenart, and just a few minutes later (!!!) we received an order confirmation with an invoice, and he and his team were already at our booth laying the carpet we needed. Thanks to his immediate help, the delay to our setup was negligible. We say THANK YOU – this kind of service is rare these days. We have been customers of Markus for almost 25 years. Our orders have always been completed very reliably. There has never been cause for complaint. The team in the office works very professionally and quickly, and the installation work at various trade fair centers in Germany has also been carried out on time and professionally over the years.
