We contacted Mathias Loth GmbH for the demolition of a detached house. During the subsequent site visit, all details were recorded. We then commissioned them to demolish the detached house with a basement. The resulting excavation was filled with sand and compacted, and the new surface was filled flush with topsoil as agreed. All additional necessary work was also carried out by Loth GmbH. The old roof tiles were tested for asbestos and later removed by a company commissioned and certified by Loth GmbH before the demolition of the house.
