After we were dissatisfied with the work and price of another heating company, named after a season, our chimney sweep recommended Matschke. The telephone contact was very friendly, and a suitable appointment was quickly arranged. The work was carried out by two very friendly colleagues to our complete satisfaction. On December 18th, we had a problem with our gas boiler (no heat, no hot water). That same day, late in the afternoon, a technician came to investigate the cause. Although two replacement parts had to be ordered and despite a busy schedule, the problem was fixed after four days. Fast service, very friendly employees – I highly recommend Matschke!

After a long search for a suitable installer, we found the perfect partner in Matschke. The presentation about the heat pump we had installed was exceptional. All our questions were answered patiently. The on-site employees were punctual and polite.

First contact was very good, unfortunately the offer of spare parts for the heating system only came upon request. The spare part was then purchased from the manufacturer and invoiced through the company. The invoice arrived within a day (a rogue who thinks evil of that). As a potential customer who wants to outsource his heating maintenance etc. to a new company, I am put off and would rather look for another company.
