I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service, not just in 2026, but also before. Unfortunately, without success: no response, no one is available, no support. At the beginning of our business relationship in 2008, the service was excellent, but for the last three years it has been practically non-existent. A functioning service is essential for me – and this has not been the case here.

What I appreciate about the invoicing software for my beloved Mac is that I can quickly create invoices and easily manage my bookkeeping. It's very easy to use, from selecting accounts to entering amounts. Even dealing with VAT and the rates is simple. I just click everything. I have a good, personal rapport with the service support, especially with Mr. Nitschke. He's always quick to respond. Speaking in person is always helpful. The support representative was very motivating and exuded confidence.

We've been working with MSU-Fakt for many years and are very satisfied with the program. However, the technical support is very unsatisfactory. We purchased a new update in December 2024 and to this day (May 2025) we haven't been able to use it properly because we can't reach support and no one calls back. It's a real shame.

I am completely satisfied with the accounting software. It's easy to use and responds quickly to commands. The customer support is excellent. The user interface design is very pleasing to the eye and well thought out. Here's to many more great years of collaboration!

The software for tradespeople is simple and user-friendly. Everything is quick to find, understand, and implement. The explanations in the manuals are equally clear and easy to follow. All in all, highly recommended! The training courses/webinars are well-designed and easy to follow. Questions are answered promptly. The support team was also easy to understand and responded thoroughly to my questions. They were a lifesaver, especially during a difficult situation. I received excellent tips from support, including advice on data recovery.
