This is the first negative review I've ever written. I've never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior. Six months ago, I brought a part in for welding – a really manageable job, according to Mr. Jäger himself. I fully understand that delays can occur, especially during the summer months, due to vacations and other unforeseen circumstances. After six weeks, I cautiously inquired when I could expect the part (a section of a balcony privacy screen) to be returned. "We'll get back to you."
