I visited the garage on a recommendation and I'm thrilled. They repaired a major engine failure in my Multivan. It was the first garage to find the problem (warped cylinder head, causing exhaust gas to get into the coolant). The repair went perfectly, and I was kept fully informed about every step. The master mechanic was very keen to explain everything to me and keep the costs as low as possible. They only replaced what was absolutely necessary. The bill was transparent and completely fair. I was so happy that I soon took my Polo there for its service and MOT (TÜV). And it was great again.
