Bought a motorcycle with 7,000 km on the clock. Thirteen months later, with only 650 km more on the odometer, I took a trip to Denmark. Near Hamburg, the engine failed at 7,750 km. This dealer immediately claimed warranty reversal because it was already 13 months and a mere 750 km after the purchase. They refused all support outright. I had electrical problems with my VFR 800 and, because of its proximity, had previously tried other workshops in my area, which were incredibly disappointing (either friendly or I paid a lot of money and the problem wasn't really solved). I took my motorcycle there to have two tires changed, and this is how it came back 😡 I already paid almost €180, and they didn't even bother to quickly clean the rim with a rag before just screwing it back on with fingerprints on it. On top of that, I just received a call asking me to explain why my review was so negative, with the explanation that changing two tires for €180! Removing the adhesive wasn't included in the price. Very professional work and behavior afterward.

I visited the Moto Center for the first time two weeks ago to look at motorcycles. The advice I received was excellent, and a test ride was also possible. I returned two weeks later and bought the motorcycle. I felt well taken care of at all times, and all my questions were answered patiently.
