Motorrad Kaup

I was a customer for 3 years at this workshop. Unfortunately when Peter (the owner) is not present, the behavior of the employees is very different. Today I called them to ask if they have a transport car and when I could get my motorcycle repair! Michael's answer was that they don't repair 'roller' anymore. I doubt if the owner knows that. Also I have a Honda sh150i. I am absolutely disappointed. Last time I went there to change tires and after that the rear wheel wasn't stable. Of course i went back, i talked with the owner and they repair it! Luckily I realized it the same day! It seems

I was done with work in the area and my motorcycle wouldn't start. Despite them having to deal with the current floods and me coming for help around closing time, they still helped me out. Absolute top class business.

My BMW K100 became overheated in the centre of Cologne and started spewing cooling liquid. I waited besides the road and soon fellow motorcyclists came to see if they could help me. One of them recommended going to Kaup. The guys at Kaup quickly located and solved the problem, after which I could go home without any other difficulties. Thanks!

Best place for used motorcycle parts. If they don't have it, who has? Good repair shop, too.
