I'm absolutely furious!!! My Triumph Tiger landed in the workshop on July 14th, 2025, to have the broken brake lever replaced and the side fairing glued back on. I was told I'd get a call the next day with the cost estimate. I waited until July 18th, and then I was told the bike was ready (without them even discussing the price with me). That's when the odyssey began. The only thing that was actually finished was the fairing. I was shocked; a complete novice could have done a better job (see photo below). Sven reset the fault memory for me in just a few minutes, something the dealership was obviously unable or unwilling to do. At the dealership, I paid over €100 just for them to read the fault codes (I've been a regular customer for 25 years), and I received a printout of the errors found, but they didn't reset the memory. Sven then did that for a few euros for the coffee fund. Thanks a lot! My motorcycle is running like it should again, and I'll be having the upcoming spring service and future services done by you as well.
