Very straightforward. I got a quick appointment to review the project, received a prompt quote, and the work itself was carried out just as quickly and smoothly. In the end, the final bill was even lower than the quoted price. I'm thrilled.

I called on November 17, 2025, and explained my plans to retrofit LED lighting in a 310 m² hall. I was told they would call me back. Since I didn't receive a call, I called again on December 8, 2025, spoke with a very nice woman, and explained the situation. She apologized and promised to pass this on to Mr. Rieger. As I haven't received any response to date, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

August 13, 2025 MR Elektro and especially Mr. Coppenhagen deserve 5 stars: our halogen kitchen light with three spotlights in the top panel wasn't working properly, and unfortunately, halogen bulbs are no longer available. But this employee knew what to do, sourced three LED lights, enlarged the cutout in the top panel for them, and the kitchen was now bright as day. Super fast, super good, super friendly – ​​and highly recommended! We would gladly use their services again if needed – and spreading the word is a must! At my mother's house, the fuse that the heater is connected to had blown. After I called, Mr. Völkening arrived within an hour and began troubleshooting. The problem was found and fixed very quickly. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

Contact was established relatively spontaneously following an email inquiry. The Völkening employee contacted me promptly to discuss the details and said he could come over to inspect the project in person. The initial installation (conversion of blinds to smart control) was carried out on-site. The remaining modifications were completed less than a week later. The employee was very friendly, prompt, thorough, and flexible. The price-performance ratio was excellent. They also provided a brief consultation on another issue. I would definitely call on Mr. Elektro for similar work again.
